Check your blood pressure with only your right hand. This method is not intended to diagnostic, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It only gives you an idea how bad or good is your blood pressure.
1. Stand up with your hand down (like a military) next to a strong wall or a post. You have to stand up very close, almost touching the wall or post, but do not touch it.(See Figure 1)

3. Push with your right hand close the wall or post. It I very important that you make press with your right hand only DO NOT PUSH THE WALL WITH YOU BODY, PRESURE HAVE TO BE WITH YOUR HAND ONLY AGAINST THE WALL.
4. Hold the pressure against the wall for 20 seconds. (If you don’t have watch you can count until 20).
5. Release your arm and get away from the wall or post.
6. Keep your right arm stretch. You are going to feel like your right hand is lightly and start to float up. (keep your hand stretch all time).
7. When you feel that your right arm is not floating any more, stop at this spot your arm.

When you stand next to the wall, is your right arm or left arm (or front or back) next to the wall? This is not clear.
Some of your terminologyor phrasing is hard to understand as the Englist usage is not standard.
"or posted" ??-- a post?
"but not touch it."=
"2. Closed your right hand (like a Punch). Do not move. Stay yours hands down." -- might be better as: "Clench your right hand like a fist. Do not move. Keep your hands down."
I commend your efforts. You still need some practice, but it is good to keep trying.
I find this method very useful because it can be used whenever / wherever to give you an idea of how your blood pressure is, and if necessary take the steps to seek help. I am recommending this to my friends an relatives that have blood pressure problems.
OK jdavidsa, I apologise for saying you were talking bollocks. But we used to do this "arm against the wall" as a party trick, saying:"Push your arm as hard as you can against the wall and when you step away your arm will rise all by itself." So I know the move. What I didn't know is that you are stronger when your blood pressure is high. Is that really so? What about people who get high blood pressure because they are overstressed or have an anxiety attack? Do they get stronger during those times? I'm only asking.
The spell checker in the text capsules helps me a lot. But then it wouldn't spot the mistake in the word "fist" for "first" because both words mean something in English. If you draft your hubs first in Microsoft Word, you can use the spell-check AND the thesaurus (synonyms)to help you find the correct words with the correct spelling. You can also check grammar on Word.
I respect your willingness to learn and improve. I know it is not easy to write in a language you were not born into. The grammar can be very confusing. Even when you use the correct words, the sequence of the words is often very different from one language to another.
I encourage you to read English. You might even want to read children's books to get more familiar with basic English grammar.
The changes you have made are a great improvement, though you still could make it better.
Thank you for becoming my 500th fan!
You have a good idea in your article. Continue to learn and don't give up on your interest to write. Good luck!
Great hub Jdavidsa. Take care and God Bless you.
This is an easy and simple method that I tried and it is working not just for me but also for my friends.
There seems to be some logic here. Sometimes I have low blood pressure. This makes me feel very heavy (you wouldn't believe that if you saw me) and weak (I'm stronger than I look).
And those 'red in the face', bad tempered, high blood-pressure kind of people do often prove to be very strong -- although they usually die of a heart attack ...

The degree to which the arm rises is proportionate to the strength of contraction created in the outer arm muscles while pressing the wall. What does that say about blood pressure? Someone with a weak arm won't go as high as someone with a stronger arm.
I personally think you're talking bollocks.
On the other hand, relative to a single individual, like perhaps yourself, who has implemented this technique several times before, it could work as a comparative measure of your own arm's fitness at one particular time versus another.
Does that make sense to you?
